Jae Teasdale

Director

Trained by the highly respected Barry Page (formerly of Vidal Sassoon), Jae began his career in hairdressing in 1989. Launching his own business in 1995, Jae became an integral part of his beloved St Kilda. He feels privileged to have watched this eclectic bayside suburb evolve and he along with it, in to what it has become today.

Supported by an outstanding team of creative, inspirational and dedicated hair stylists, Jae has consistently contributed a genuine passion for the success of his business and the clients who make it all possible. With over 26 years’ experience in colouring and cutting, Jae also brings a wealth of experience in hair extensions, up-styling and the latest in hair news.

Julie Hanley

Senior Stylist

Julie has spent half a lifetime in St Kilda, developing a strong following of fastidious clients who specifically trust and seek out her unique brand of care, reliability and dedication to a stunning end result.

Key to her reputation is Julie’s precision in colour application. Enhanced by a previous life as a fashion buyer, whether you seek a soft or dramatic blend, Julie insightfully creates new styles and replicates the looks you love in a style you’ll wear with ease.

Hot tip for the uninitiated: A pinch of humour guarantees a LOL moment with Julie every time!

Colleen Grey

Senior Stylist

Having worked in London for many years then coming ‘home’ to settle in Elwood, Colleen’s unique hairdressing style has been well honed and enjoyed in St Kilda for over a decade.

Colleen joined the Suite J team in 2008 then after a years’ break, re-joined the team in 2015. With a loyal following, relationships are her thing so once you’re under her wing you will have a lifetime of amazing hair ahead of you. If you struggle with curly hair, here’s your chance to tame it with the queen of curls.
